The people at eFrontier were not very responsive, but they did finally respond. They can't help, and the Japanese company whose product Manga Studio EX sprang from will not help either. However, I'm requesting a contact for the Japanese company that wrote the software originally (e-Frontier just "Americanized" the software for this other company). I'll let you guys know what happens. They're not very pro-customer, these guys, but I'm trying to get some results.
