You Work For Them
It looks as though I’m going to have five sets of five pieces of vector stock art over at You Work for Them. There are a lot of people I really admire subbing for YWFT, so I’m pretty happy to be contributing myself. Woo!
Now I just need to wrap my head around their templating system and get my 25 pieces uploaded. I’ll make a big post with the sets linked when they’re up (which might be a little while).

Heh, I like the big eyelashes on the one in the rough sketch, it shows that’s a sexy girl fish monster!

I haven’t looked at this site in ages (computer failures are the devil) so I had to go back a couple months and I read and watched all of your posts. Amazing work Ray!

Thanks, Matthew. Don’t worry, it’s been relatively dormant ’round here lately. I’m really excited to be working as an illustrator full time, though. I hope to post a lot more frequently!

Ray, do you rep yourself or do you have an artists rep working for you? Not being able to get a rep was one of the main reasons I decided to give up my pursuit of a strict illustration career so many years ago, when I was out of school and seeking employment in the Chicago area. I did manage to get a job illustrating several times for Chicago Magazine and not long after got an illustration in Playboy, which I felt was a nice capper to my brief career. ;)
