If you were redirected to some really drab hacker’s site, my apologies. Things are back to normal now. Sheesh. The lengths some people go to!

Probably just some lameass idiotic script-kiddie that hacked your site cause he’s jealous of your skills & talent haha ;)

Bob, it was mucho lame.

Fait, yup!

Marc, I use Photoshop, Manga Studio, Painter, and, lately, a real brush and ink. Honestly, my advice is to start with a real brush and ink. Get a brush Pentel brush pen if the idea of cleaning brushes sounds intimidating. :)

Hello, Ray!

I want to launch my own blog and portfolio to show my artwork to the world, but I want to save all the money I can in this work.

So, seeing your site (that I still for months), I realize that all your pictures are hosted on Flickr, so the space must be recruited should be minimal. For your address “frenden.com” and the custom theme, I think you do not use WordPress, Blogger or whatever style, right? So, could you tell me how you do? Maybe I can follow your steps to do my site! :)

P. S.: Ray, I am sorry if I will have sent this question to your email too, but I’d like a prompt response :P

It is WordPress 2.7.1 and it’s absolutely free to download and install + it comes with the option to install many many things in an amazingly easy way (even updating is just a matter of entering your password).

A good hosting service will probably ask about 20 euros / year (sorry, I’m from Europe :D) for ±100mb of space, so look up some companies and compare the options :)

Yup. Florian is correct. WordPress. Gimur.net is my host. They’re the same group behind Little Chimp Society and Hire an Illustrator. Great people!
